Sarah was born and raised on the South Shore. She attended Dalhousie University where she was awarded a combined BSc with honours in Chemistry & English before attending Dalhousie Law School to obtain her Juris Doctorate.
After obtaining her law degree, Sarah worked in downtown Halifax for Burchells LLP primarily practicing civil litigation for several years. She and her husband eventually decided to move back to their little hometown of Lockeport, and they’ve been working hard ever since.
Sarah’s practice is general, with a focus on civil litigation, commercial and corporate matters, family and child protection, wills & estates, and much more.
Before moving back to her hometown, Sarah sat on the IWK Ethics Committee and is now a trained Nova Scotia Peer Support and Mental Health Warm Line Volunteer. She looks forward to becoming more involved in Yarmouth’s vibrant community.
When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her Husband & two Golden Doodles, building multi-thousand piece Lego creations, and avoiding running (unless being chased by the local wildlife).
