Raymond Jacquard
 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our partner, colleague and friend, Raymond B. Jacquard, on August 8, 2026.

​

Raymond served his clients and the community for over 35 years and was a deeply valued member of our firm.

Our thoughts are especially with his partner, Wendy, and their family, Ray Jr., Breanna, Maggie and Noah, as well as Raymond’s extended family, friends, clients and all who knew him.

​

Our office is taking the necessary steps to protect the interests of Raymond’s clients. Anyone with an urgent legal matter or upcoming court appearance involving Raymond is asked to contact his assistant, Amy, at 902-749-1995 or amy@yarmouthlaw.ca.

Visitation for Raymond will take place at Sweeney’s Funeral Home in Yarmouth on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The visitation will include eulogies and tributes.

The funeral service will take place at St. Ambrose Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

​

Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the JStrong Foundation, KidSport Nova Scotia or Feed the Children.
